Doctor Asphalt began with two college students, Jake and Brad, who were working to pay their way through school. But early on, the work became more than a means to an end.

Through hands-on experience in the asphalt industry, they developed a deep respect for the craft — and a clear vision for how it should be practiced. They believed clients deserved clarity, honesty, and work done with care, not confusion or guesswork.

So they built Doctor Asphalt around a simple idea:

That purpose continues to guide the company today, shaping how projects are approached, how relationships are built, and how trust is earned across Wisconsin, Minnesota and Nationwide.
